The check-in process was quick. the room was very clean. the staff was helpful and friendly. i found the hotel's proximity to the airport very convenient. It made my early morning departure much easier.
the lift was out of service . this made it a little difficult to get to my room with luggage.

acceptable stay, but with issues
unhelpful manager no extension cord
the room was quiet and that was a good thing.
The general manager's attitude was disappointing. I need a c-pap machine and there wasn't a plug socket by the bed. i asked for an extension cord. the manager told me it was my responsibility to bring one and didn't offer any help. i found that unhelpful
