the staff stocked our fridge with milk and sparkling water! they included a personalized note and friendship bracelet materials for my daughters. the location is very convenient since it is right across from the station! it was very easy to walk to many restaurants.

the thermostats in the rooms were very sensitive to adjustment.

we booked two interconnecting kings for our family. beds was really comfortable, rooms was super clean. every staff member appears friendly, even during late restaurant hours. location is very convenient near blackfriars station, which simplified our travel from stansted. sightseeing along both thames sides was possible by walk.

the room miss some expected five-star amenities. i needed requesting basic amenities such as toothpaste. those amenities was not available .
