The hotel staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The grounds were beautiful and well-kept. I enjoyed strolling through the gardens (they were especially peaceful in the morning).

i wanted to thank the restaurant staff especially katie and leah for my mum's birthday lunch. they ensured we had the table arranged in her favorite place. the lunch went smoothly and birthday cake was served. roast lunch had generous portions and was good value.

i thought the location was excellent. the staff was attentive to my needs. the room was a good size and clean.

breakfast service was slow. i felt a self-service buffet would have been much better. the tea and coffee facilities were very sparse. i expected better from a hotel with this rating.
