my room's heater dial was boarded up, and i couldn't turn it off (, made the room uncomfortably warm). a ladybird was also on the bed. a staff member dismissed it, implying it wasn't a big deal.

I was charmed by the well-kept golf resort. It presented picturesque views. the pool area was a delight, surrounded by the beauty of the countryside. the facilities added a touch of luxury to my stay. the location offered both tranquility and convenience.
the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated though it was functional.

faulty remoteinconsistent temperature
i was a little disappointed with some things. the tv remote didn't work properly, so i struggled to change channels. the shower temperature fluctuated a lot, i found it difficult to get a consistent water temperature. it was either too hot or too cold, it was really annoying.

The location was suitable for my needs.
The room lacked a fridge, inconvenient (especially for storing drinks). The food in the restaurant was quite disappointing. I didn't think it was a good experience. The hotel is also on several levels with short staircases and that's not very good if you have mobility issues.
