The staff was really friendly and the room was perfectly clean. The bed and pillows were SO soft and comfortable. I found free bottles of water, tea, coffee, biscuits, and lovely smelling soaps. (It was a nice touch!)

The room was small, especially considering the price. The kettle, cups, tea, and coffee were on a shelf above the luggage area. It was barely possible to move past each other to get to the bathroom.

The location offers great convenience. It is just a minute walk from arrivals. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

This hotel is located at the arrivals area of Terminal 3. It is also close to Heathrow Express. An M&S food outlet is nearby and made it easy to settle down for the night.

A library lounge offered complimentary coffee when I departed for my flight. This was a lovely bonus. I could easily get good food because M&S food outlet is nearby.

The bathroom had nice toiletries. Massive towels were provided. The shower worked well with good quality products. The room was impeccably clean.
