reception, restaurant, and seating areas are open plan. staff are friendly and helpful. there is a covered seating area outside, a designated spot for smokers. i appreciated that this hotel allows pets, as it made travel easier for me. fast food places are nearby and within walking distance (which is convenient after a long day).

the check-in process was quick. my room was super clean and had modern decor. the beds were indeed super comfy. i found the staff to be friendly and always ready to help with a smile!!!
the tv remote was a bit temperamental, but i managed with it.

friendly staff useful number clean room
The staff was friendly and helpful. they gave us taxi firms telephone numbers to use, useful. the hotel and rooms were clean. the bed and pillows were amazing. They were very bouncy and fluffy.
the ventilation system is inadequate. the air conditioning did not work at all in the room, and although it was set to 16, the room did not get below 26 degrees. we were offered a separate room, but the fan coil ceiling panel was not secured, and the room smelled like drains.
