the room was a classic double , and i found it quite suitable for my needs. the staff offered really good service , always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. the location proved very convenient , offering easy access to nearby attractions.
the in-room coffee machine was a bit temperamental , and it required a few tries to get it working correctly.

The staff showed great politeness. They were efficient and always willing to improve my experience. The hotel location is in a wonderful neighborhood. I received fruit in the room as a delicacy. I found the hospitality made me want to return.
The minibar pricing was slightly high. I found this minor issue to be negligible compared to the service.

Really good Boutique Experience

The staff showed consistent attentiveness (housekeeping was especially great). The hotel is wonderfully boutique. The bar and bartender are fantastic. The breakfast every morning was delicious. The location has great restaurant options, including some with Michelin stars. Harrods and the Victoria & Albert Museum are a quick walk away.
I am owed a refund since July 2024, and I have received neither the money nor a meaningful reply to my emails. It is unacceptable for a hotel of this level to ignore its customers.
