The staff was helpful and kind. Upon arrival, i found complimentary fruit and water in my room, a gesture i greatly appreciated. My suite upgrade had courtyard views, gorgeous. They also gave me gifts of wine and chocolates.
The room had some noise from the street. That i didn't really like.

decent location, but some letdowns

central locationcramped roomstreet noise
the location was really central. it was easy to get around.
The room i got felt smaller than advertised, really cramped. also, the noise from outside was pretty bad. I could hear horns and general street sounds late into the night. It really disrupted my sleep. i expected better soundproofing for the price.

The staff assisted with my luggage both on arrival and departure. The room had complimentary water and fresh fruit upon arrival. Breakfast included various pastries, eggs and a selection of juices.
The minibar prices seemed rather high.

the hotel staff were friendly and efficient. wiktoria welcomed us with a smile and upgraded our room. tilly looked after us and treated us like vips until check out. tilly helped us with the bags and welcomed us in the reception until the last minute.
i originally had a beautiful double room. the bed felt really small and uncomfortable. the room wasn't soundproofed, so i couldn't sleep.

kayla gave us complementary prosecco to celebrate my daughter's birthday. kayla helped us when we were looking for information about the tubes to the airport. the staff were very helpful and nice. the staff provided great assistance .

The location was acceptable. It was fairly central to things.
The room (a premier single room) was surprisingly small. i could hear street noise constantly, even late at night (i guess some folks like that?). also, the shower had very little water pressure. It felt more like a mist than a proper shower.
