i came for afternoon tea with friends and harry served us, so attentive. sarah the chef showed the food after it was ready. she checked all our needs. kasia. the value for money was super good, we had leftovers. we went into the gardens to enjoy some drinks from the bar.
the gym and gym changing area looked a bit tired. i hope they are re-developed soon. it needs new equipment and a general refresh. it's a key part of the hotel's appeal.

the staff at reception were kind and check in was easy. room 156 included a lovely bathroom with a bath and White Company toiletries. this room was decorated in a restful grey color. the bar staff seemed new to the hotel but they were cute.
the gym and gym changing area were tired so hopefully that is next for re development.
