my room had adequate tea, coffee and water. staff members were helpful. every team member we met was friendly. we had a cozy experience. breakfast proved excellent and evening meals did too. the staff seemed cute. everything felt warm and charming. the building preserved history with genuine comfort.
room nine was noticeably small. the double bed was quite small. i hit my head on the doorpost multiple times. the doors seemed low.

the staff provided great service .
i found the room was not as clean as expected. cobwebs occupied corners, and i noticed squashed insects remained on walls. rusty bathroom accessories and threadbare towels with holes detracted from the experience i expected.

the food was next-level and the room was warm and clean.
the room overlooked the carpark and the window covering was just a wooden blind. this meant the room was light all night and it wasn't ideal. i also noticed some cracked and broken floor tiles in the bathroom (which was disappointing considering the price).

The room was a great size. It had a lovely view. Breakfast was included and AMAZING!!! There were many choices. I ate at the hotel for two nights and the menu was extensive. The food was excellent.
I was disappointed to have to ask for my room to be serviced after a day out. The room itself was a bit jaded. It needed some tlc. My friends had to move because the taps in their bathroom were hanging off. There were nails in the bath panel, which could have been dangerous.
