i found the staff very friendly and helpful (especially jack!). the hotel decor is unique with each room having a different theme. the location is perfect with easy access to the beach, a great spot to relax. i especially enjoyed the food available so close to the sea.

I appreciated the gardens very much. They had amazing views. the gardens provided a serene atmosphere. i found the 5-minute walk to the beach quite convenient. A cafe is available there. i enjoyed the good food at the restaurant. Breakfasts were especially nice.

The bathroom tiling seemed a little shoddy. It was quite tiny.

The staff was amazing and provided very good hospitality! I had a glorious sea view from my room, and I could use the seating in the garden because of the excellent weather. I also enjoyed the quirky artwork and features in both the hotel and garden. They needed exploration.

There was no proper coffee machine in my room. I only had Nescafé sachets. It felt poor for a hotel of this standard.

I enjoyed my double room sea view room. it had a separate bath and shower. This was convenient. the room also included tea leaves and home-baked biscuits.

the road leading down to the hotel felt difficult to navigate.
