The location was right on the beach (I could hear the waves). The staff proved helpful.
The room I received was not clean. I found a significant amount of hair in the bed, and there was a large cobweb stretching from the light fixture to the corner of the room. I found these issues unacceptable for the price paid.

on arrival, i noticed the rooms werent quite ready.

the staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival. robin and benjamin at the bar gave excellent service and local information. aidan, the chef, even came in early to prepare breakfast.

the hotel features beautiful scenery overlooking the bay, it is fine. the food portions were generous and delicious. my refitted room was both nice and cozy with great view.

yay, a totally awesome stay!

i got such a sweet room with cool little extras like bramley products. the staff, wow, they are super friendly and so efficient, i mean, seriously! i really enjoyed the beautiful view, i was able to relax a lot.
i had to wait a tiny bit to get my dinner, but it was no biggie at all.

The location offered direct beach access via a staircase. My room provided a side coastal view, spaciousness stood out, and the bed offered great comfort. I also found many different toiletries plus a good tea and coffee selection. All the staff were very friendly. Their genuine attitude.
The corridor to the bedrooms was quite dark. It passed the kitchen and looked a little grubby. It wasn't very inviting.
