The rooms were clean (i really value that), and the beds provided a comfortable sleep. i found the bathroom to be an excellent size, made getting ready each day much easier. the staff members were so helpful. They assisted me whenever i needed anything.

i found the room spacious, with a lovely large bathroom including both a bath and a separate shower. the restaurant provided very good meals. the service i received was first class and the staff were helpful (i especially liked the tea). the hotel offered ample parking in both the main and overflow carparks.
the noise from fire doors and flushing toilets disrupted my sleep (i didn't sleep well).

the hotel provided easy access to railway station. this allows convenient trips to destinations including plymouth, looe, and padstow. the surrounding area is very nice. i found it quiet and relaxing, contributing to a pleasant stay.

the room was clean upon arrival.
i was disappointed by the lack of pork products at breakfast (a full english is not complete without proper bacon). turkey bacon and other alternatives were offered. i would have appreciated advance notice.
the staff was helpful and friendly. the hotel was clean and well equipped. the location was also really good. i enjoyed the available space.
the restaurant was closed, and the hotel didn't operate any restaurants. i wish there was a restaurant available inside the hotel.
