The room was clean. It was well presented. Breakfast offered plenty of options and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. The rainfall shower provided plenty of hot water!!!

I noticed only a very slight delay once when requesting service.

the breakfast was a proper treat. i especially liked the full cornish. staff were cute. the bathroom included a great size bath.

pillows were hard. mattress was not the best.

A Mixed Bag Experience

moldy mastic limited wine list

The hotel's location is central, made exploring easy.

My bathroom really needed some work, with missing grout and moldy mastic. Refurbishment is in order. The food service was slow! and the wine list had many unavailable items.
