i was grateful for the really good service. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially sophie, who gave us such a warm welcome! the food was AMAZING!!! every meal was delicious and nice, thanks to the dedicated food and beverage team.

the room could use a minor decorative refresh, but it did not detract from our overall experience.

The location was special. I enjoyed clifftop views. the staff were attentive and cute, nothing seemed too much trouble. the hot tub, heated pool, and spa enhanced my relaxation. i was very happy.

the room's coffee machine had mould, i found this unsettling. there were also cobwebs on the ceiling, it needed better upkeep. i noticed dirty hand marks on the bathroom door, showing a lack of attention to detail.

The staff was attentive. The spa visit was nice with a complimentary prosecco. I appreciated the cliff-top location and the beautiful hotel facilities. It was a perfect location for a special occasion.

The coffee machine in our room had mould in it. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. I also saw dirty hand marks on the bathroom door. Windows leaked and there were water marks on the ceiling.
