Excellent Experience
friendly serviceexcellent foodshort walk
I found the service efficient and friendly (the staff are a real asset!). The food was excellent, representing some of the best hotel food I have ever tasted. I also appreciated the short walk along the esplanade to the town center.

The room was well-decorated with a walk-in shower that i found very useful. I appreciated the food variety, even though i can be a bit of a picky eater (but who isn't?). The staff was really professional and friendly that much better.
The coffee served at breakfast tasted quite weak, like it was watered down. I really could not drink it, so I would appreciate a change. the windows in the bedroom needed cleaning.

The room included necessary facilities and was spotlessly clean. It was also quite comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom and a separate walk-in shower. All these things ensured a pleasant and restful experience.

The location is fabulous, right on the front, just moments from the beach and lifeguard station. The hotel is situated at one end of the esplanade, a very short walk from local shops. This ensures easy access to both the sea and town amenities.

The breakfast options were excellent, including poached haddock and a poached egg. The presentation and service provided by the staff could not be faulted. The comfortable lounge offers panoramic views of the sea.

beautifully presented foodmissing fresh milkstuffy dress code
the food was tasty and beautifully presented, a definite highlight.
I found the lack of fresh milk in the room quite disappointing. also, the dress code requirement sent shortly before arrival felt stuffy. I feel like the hotel caters mostly to older guests, not creating a cute feel for younger guests like me

the location was nice as it directly overlooked the seafront.
i found service during dinner was quite slow. getting someone attention for more drinks proved difficult. one server even said they forgot about us after i had to ask twice for our order.

the location offered a beautiful sea view directly from the terrace. the heated pool provided a relaxing experience. i found the staff very great, allowing early check-in to use the facilities.

the hotel had a heated pool overlooking the sea and providing a great experience. there was convenient on-site parking available . accessing the spa facilities at the sister hotel added to the stay.
