fantastic stay!
friendly staff amazing treatments elegant dinner quick service
i had such a blast during my recent getaway the staff were super friendly and helpful. the spa was totally relaxing and offered some amazing treatments. i really enjoyed the live pianist during dinner everything was so elegant. room service was quick too and the server, tom, was just amazing
i found drinks and snacks to be quite expensive. it would be perfect if they could offer better prices

the hotel is in a great spot in a charming town it makes exploring easy there are lots of shops nearby and the views from the hotel are fantastic. you can easily walk to many attractions

our double or twin room was beautiful and very clean. the bathroom was huge it was well-kept it had all the amenities we needed like fresh towels and toiletries i felt so comfortable in the room it was luxurious

breakfast had a great selection of items there were cereals juices breads and fruits. the cooked breakfast options were delicious i especially loved the beef served during dinner it tasted wonderful. the afternoon tea in the sun lounge was a highlight

charming staff comfortable beds great spa perfect massage
The staff are quite charming and professional. beds were comfortable and i slept very well. the spa facilities were great. I enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna rooms. i had a massage, it was perfect.
i would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room.

friendly staff sea facing room excellent restaurant service
the reception staff were friendly and quickly provided a fridge when i requested one. my room faced the sea and was both comfortable and spacious. the restaurant service was excellent and the food was superb throughout my stay

underwhelming stay
smaller room slow service
The location was acceptable. It was easy to access local attractions.
The room was quite disappointing. It felt smaller than expected. also, the service in the dining area was slow, and i had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my meal. the wait staff seemed understaffed or disorganized, which impacted the overall dining experience.

classic charm and attentive service
town transport ample storage flower displays excellent service
The hotel offered transport to the town center. It was convenient in bad weather. our room had ample storage. This helped keep it tidy. the lounge featured fresh flower displays. They created a lovely atmosphere. staff provided excellent service. I especially appreciated this.
my room lacked air conditioning. i stayed during good weather and the room became too warm. it was not easy to keep cool. silly prices for all drinks and snacks too.

My beautiful room included ample storage space. This was practical. the modern bathroom had enough space for toiletries. the large bed was quite comfortable. It had quality linens.

a tender seaside escape
great view ample space comfortable bed fresh flowers
room 207 offered a great sea view , ample space, and generous storage space was available , perfect for keeping things tidy. a large comfortable bed ensured restful nights. i booked a brend offer, so i received beautiful fresh flowers, a bowl of fruit, and two boxes of chocolates , what a treat. i found a big area in the lounge ideal for reading or admiring the sea.
some meat served at dinner could have benefitted from a steak knife or a little more cooking , but this was a very minor issue.

breakfast offered a large choice with hot food cooked to order , which ensured freshness and personalized service. all staff helped with serving , the manager also contributed.

the hotel provided a lift into town using a rolls royce , a touch of class that enhanced the experience. the porter and door staff were helpful and cute , ensuring guests felt supported and valued.
