Excellent Hotel Experience

I found the staff consistently friendly and efficient. The on-site Village Inn offered an excellent dining alternative. The hotel's facilities include choices of restaurants. Tea, Nespresso, and fresh milk were available in the rooms which was a plus.

The car park view from my room was slightly disappointing, even though the rest of the hotel was great.

Another Wonderful Stay

attentive serviceexcellent menu

I appreciate the attentive service from the staff. Each member seemed motivated and positive. The updated Village Inn menu offered many excellent options. I particularly enjoyed the diverse selection of dishes available . The staff was very cute. The food, ambience and entertainment were excellent. It was a family atmosphere throughout this lovely hotel.

The hotel features tennis courts with well-kept grounds, awesome for recreational activities. There is also a spa available, though i did not use it. an outdoor pool, which i could use because of the weather. The indoor pool is perfect for a refreshing swim.

The staff provided a warm welcome and displayed efficient service throughout my visit. Many staff members are long-serving. Staff were attentive, but not intrusive, which i appreciated greatly.

My room had a balcony with views down to South Milton Sands, which i found fine. The bed was perfectly comfortable. Fresh milk was in the fridge, with replenished water and coffee pods daily. Room service was available every day too.

The food was super-tasty, with little things mattering a lot. The hotel offered good-quality toilet roll. The hotel provided fresh milk in the fridge and replenished water. Coffee pods were restocked daily.
