the staff are just so friendly and helpful, always smiling. i really loved the delicious food, especially the dinners, there's always something for everyone. the location is super convenient, next to a pretty park, it was a calmer street which i find so charming.
the wallpaper was peeling a tad under the windows, just a tiny thing.

my room was a standard double room and it was perfectly clean and modern. the bed had such comfy pillows and the bathroom had all fresh towels. i found the annex building quiet, too.

the restaurant offered a carvery with lots of choices, perfect for a satisfying meal. breakfast had fresh pastries and fruit, and the latte i ordered was made perfectly. the dining area had a calm atmosphere.

i found free parking onsite. Check-in was easy, and the staff was polite. The room had a comfortable bed with a duvet, exceeding the bed width. i had free wi-fi available.
a lightbulb flickered in the corner of the room when i pressed the air conditioning buttons, it was annoying.
