The staff arranged a disabled space for my friend's cousin. This was very helpful. every staff member was personable and attentive to guest needs. food served was tasty, and i enjoyed the lush spa. the reception team was friendly and efficient.
I wasn't told i was in an interconnecting room. The occupants were loud early. it disrupted my sleep.

The spa area is available for relaxation. It's a bit dated though very clean. there are multiple areas to gather, one having a real fire, also offering very comfortable seating arrangements.

The spa facilities were very poor. broken lockers were a problem. the floor in changing rooms was soaking wet. I nearly slipped badly.

great breakfastquality breakfast
I stayed two nights and the breakfast selection was excellent. The quality of the breakfast items stood out to both me and my colleague. We ate in the bar one evening. The gammon dish and sea bass dish were great.
The toilet seat in my room was not fitted correctly. This was clearly noticeable.
