The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included a huge continental spread AND high quality cooked options. I found the staff impeccably friendly and very helpful. The room was large and clean. It even had quality teas and Cornish biscuits.

I could hear guests in the room above walking around late at night.

wonderful stay in topsham

central positionexcellent breakfastscomfortable bedslippery stairs

i found the central position ideal for visiting topsham. breakfasts were excellent and within easy walking distance to the river and various shops. the room had a comfortable bed with a lovely duvet, i find this very important for a good sleep.

i did notice that the room got accessed from outside with metal stairs. these stairs were very slippery when wet, which posed a hazard.
