Excellent Experience!

efficient check-in thoughtful gesture attentive staff perfect cooking

Our check-in was efficient, and Paul Downing upgraded our room. A thoughtful gesture that set a positive tone. The bar staff were attentive but not intrusive. Dinner included a beautifully prepared Chateaubriand, cooked perfectly. Staff readily paused for conversation.

The restaurant now seems smaller. It felt a bit cramped. seemed to seek alternative seating elsewhere. I hope they expand the dining space soon.

i had a balcony, it overlooked the river. AMAZING views were present. the room included everything i needed. the breakfast was nice.

i attempted to book afternoon tea FOR a Sunday. the receptionist seemed condescending. she said it is not available after 3pm.

I really enjoyed the room. It was beautiful, large, and comfortable. The hotel is very CLASSY. Breakfast was excellent, and the service was excellent too. Dinner was also very good. Lovely food.

I returned for another stay. The restaurant has changed and is half the size it was. It ends up noisy. Some diners are shoulder to shoulder. Zephyr is too small.

I found the check-in process efficient and professional upon arrival. My room was upgraded, a much-appreciated gesture, thanks to Paul Downing. The bar staff were attentive, and the dinner was excellent. I had the 18oz chateaubriand for two. The service throughout the meal was consistently professional (I have to say, it was fantastic!).

I noticed a very slight detail, the new restaurant seemed smaller, possibly causing it to feel a bit noisy when busy.

i loved my room and its pretty balcony, it faced the river. breakfast was a wonderful treat and i savored every bite as everything was prepared fresh just for me. the staff were thoughtful and helpful when i asked for directions. parking felt so easy right outside the hotel, such a relief.

the restaurant was a little cramped, tables felt close together.

I found the room size and the comfort of the bed quite perfect! the bathroom was well-appointed. The balcony offered a lovely space. breakfast service was very good. I enjoyed the selection offered. i appreciated the attention to detail throughout my stay.

I experienced a wifi issue . This was inconvenient as mobile networks have poor coverage. the loud music on the terrace made the balcony less enjoyable.
