The food quality disappointed me. The vegetarian meal included chicken. It was inedible for vegetarians. Food came from a catering company, not prepared fresh on site. Restaurant staff have much to improve. The housekeeping staff maintain higher standards.

the reception arrival was quick and professional. the layout is quite compact and parking is close. i used one of the new plentiful ev chargers. the gym was clean, well attended and had a substantial range of equipment.
the pool facilities are not well enough kept for the high membership fees charged. changing rooms are nearly always filthy with muddy wet floors. hair and mould is in showers.

My room was a classic double. The room had ample towels. The bathroom was very clean. The hotel location is great. It is easy to reach and located in quiet surroundings. I enjoyed delicious breakfast with plenty of choice.
The pool facilities are not well enough kept. The changing rooms are nearly always filthy with muddy wet floors. There is often hair and mould in the showers. The pool water temperature is often very cold.

The room was a spacious twin bedroom. It had everything I needed. The bathroom was also spacious. There was shampoo and shower gel available.
The staff was not friendly or communicative. The guy behind the bar was grumpy. None of them could work the coffee machine in the restaurant or bar! The spa layout is odd. There was stagnant water. The spa looked tired in places.
