mixed experience with some issues
carbon monoxide detectorhard bed
i booked a couple of nights i thought everything would be up to standard. it wasn't i moved rooms twice . the first room had a carbon monoxide detector flashing then the shower in the next room was scalding hot with no way to adjust it the bed was also really hard.

The breakfast was lovely with so many different foods. My room got a modern design and it was super clean. The staff are amazing and very helpful.
I must say some things were a little off. The card system to get to my room failed at first. My room was cold because the window did not close fully. I also had a hard time when I spoke to the waiter as his English was bad.

the hotel breakfast was excellent. the scrambled eggs and sausages were yummy. check-in staff efficiency was excellent. the room was clean, and it was good to have a window able to open.
the parking fee for hotel guests was £5.

the hotel is in a nice, quiet area. it is not far from the cruise port. the reception area is bright and cute. this provided an inviting atmosphere as we arrived.

the check-in was fast. we received complimentary breakfast and cookies. the staff in the restaurant were friendly. jeven behind the bar worked very hard and was very attentive to guests.
