The staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well organized. Breakfast had extensive options. There was a bar and lounge area with an outdoor space overlooking the gardens, I found nice. The bedroom met my needs, and the bed was comfortable.
The gym was smaller than I expected. It only had a single cross-trainer and treadmill.

my room had a view of the garden and lake. breakfast was good. i found the bed and pillows very comfortable.
I think the room needed a deep clean. The carpet and soft furnishings had stains
i found the staff friendly and efficient. the reception desk looked stylish. i appreciated the relaxed ambience in the hotel. the setting created a wonderful experience i enjoyed.
the carpets was threadbare in some areas so that's something to note

the receptionist welcomed guests enthusiastically and efficiently. they were also very helpful . one staff member paid great attention to detail, plumping pillows to look presentable and rearranging the room.

the building is set in a beautiful park. it is a calm and relaxing place with a very relaxed atmosphere. there were christmas lights in one of the pods.
