The staff was friendly. I found plenty of gluten-free options for breakfast, which I appreciated. The spa facilities were excellent. I used them several times .

My room overlooked the car park at the front. It had no nets or blinds, impacting privacy. I had to make sure it was booked well in advance.

I found the staff friendly. Camilla at reception was so helpful! the grounds were beautiful. our room had a lovely, warm ambience, plus, it was spacious and very clean. the location was convenient, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby towns.

The mini mousses at afternoon tea disintegrated in the heat. That was a slight letdown. but the rest of the visit was lovely.

The hotel is really fine. The decor is amazing, and the staff is professional. The hotel upgraded our room and provided chocolates. A personal, lovely touch. I appreciated the excellent spa facilities with the beautiful gardens.
