Magical Medieval Grandeur!
beautiful decorfun entertainmentattentive staff
I stayed in a family room. The decor was very beautiful even though it was just my husband and me. The mediaeval banquet had lovely food and fun entertainment! The breakfast buffet had a nice range of items and attentive staff.
I found that the internet access was difficult to use as I couldn't return to the page to enter the code after it was sent.

The hotel is located on site near the river, a very convenient and lovely spot for exploring the area. There are also play areas and market stalls within the grounds.

The family room featured themed decor with knight-themed wallpaper and comfortable beds. The room was also very clean with a well-kept bathroom.

I dined at the new bar and restaurant. The food was served fast and was reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of items.

The staff was friendly. I especially appreciated the service I received from Jo. The knights at dinner were also a great touch, entertaining the guests.

the medieval-themed decor was great i found the staff friendly in all areas i enjoyed the free archery lesson during entertainment time it was fun there were options for my daughter with food allergies she found plenty to eat

the restaurant was a letdown. breakfast was alright, but the dinner i had was expensive (i think i paid too much!). the food selection was not very appealing, honestly. it seemed like the quality didn't match the price i paid for it. i wish the restaurant's dinner menu had more variety and better value.
