the family experience was lovely. we stayed here as part of the stay and play deal. the reception staff were really helpful and friendly too. the restaurant served amazing food and we enjoyed our meals. it was a hit!

only two towels were in our family room. there were no spare pillows for the sofa bed though there was a duvet! checking out at 10:15 am ridiculously coincided with breakfast.
