the staff was very friendly and helpful. my room was very clean and well presented. the food was good and came quickly. parking included an electric charger, it was a great added bonus.

the carpet in my room was ripped. it had a view of an outdoor extractor unit, i was kept awake all night due to noise in the corridor, and rooms aren't very soundproof.

i ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and the food was of good quality. breakfast had a great variety, it was a lovely start of the day and the food was plentiful.

the hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. it has a good size car park, so parking was straightforward. the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

My room was lovely and clean. the walk in shower was perfect, and the towels were luxurious. i got an upgrade upon check in. The room was comfy and well equipped, so it was a real pleasure.

The staff always provides excellent service, exceeding expectations. jenisha in the breakfast team was particularly helpful and provided great customer service. the facilities were also fantastic and clean. I had a smooth stay.

I booked a twin room, requesting it directly, but i was assigned a double. eventually, i got a sofa bed. It was not comfortable.

the beds were very comfy and i slept soundly. the shower was great. there was no wardrobe in the room and no soundproofing, so i heard a lot of noise.

The breakfast had a gluten-free section away from the other breads and pastries, convenient. the breakfast staff are amazing. They frequently cleaned tables. the gluten-free options were explained to me, which i appreciated.

The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the airport every half hour. This is convenient. it's not really an airport hotel. the shuttle bus was sometimes used to transport staff. This caused delays.
