an adequate stay.

the staff were friendly and really helpful. the location was really good, i attended a funeral and the hotel was perfect for the wake. the attention i received couldn't have been better.
the shower in the room leaked, the door did not shut properly. water came out under the shower door. i had to keep using my towels to mop this up!

The room smelled strongly of smoke, though it was supposed to be non-smoking. the room felt cramped. The door nearly hit the bed when opened. the bathroom lacked any shelf space for toiletries. it got uncomfortably hot. Only a noisy standing fan was available, no air conditioning existed.

i found a king room. it was fantastic. the super king bed was spacious. the room included a hair dryer and an iron with board.
the hotel have some trouble keeping the bar stocked. staff should use initiative more when it comes to stock control and ordering.

the swimming pool area is a hidden gem with a dry sauna. there is a jacuzzi pool available. the gym facilities are more than enough for a good workout.

the staff were very cute. they are helpful in arranging early access to the rooms. the team engages well with customers and are not rushed while on shift.

parking is a major plus here. getting a train is easy. it is only a ten minute cab ride to the hotel. buses also go into the city center.

stale smelllimited breakfast
my room felt kinda cramped and dated. the corridors, they had this weird, stale smell. the breakfast, listed as 'continental,' was honestly a joke. seriously, the continental breakfast lacked variety.

The pool area was very clean and quiet. I found the bedroom nice and neat. The hotel prepared the room for the heat. Blinds were closed and a fan was on. Good parking was available at the hotel.
