The hairdryer in the room didn't work properly. i asked for a replacement, but one never came. also, there was a stain on the bed linen. it was a bit disappointing, and i expected better for the price i paid. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the breakfast was alright, i guess. there was a buffet with a decent selection.

i wasnt impressed with the room. i had reserved a 'beautiful double room at hugh stewart house', it wasnt any different from a regular hotel room, just stuffy and old looking. antique furniture does not equal beautiful, seriously.

The breakfast had a wide variety. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, smoothies, as well as a full English breakfast were available. All staff were accommodating. I observed a lovely dinner service, a helpful breakfast, and a smooth departure.

I could not check in online. This was frustrating. The room I booked had a maintenance issue.

My room was clean. The bathroom was also clean. The toilet, bath, and shower were well stocked. Breakfast had plenty of choices.

The flooring in my room needs work. There was a raised level by the bed. The carpet was unravelling, and I stubbed my foot. It reminded me of a safety issue and the bed edges also presented the same problem.

the shower was big and had good pressure, it really woke me up. cutlery was provided when i took my takeaway to my room, it helped me a lot.

the corridor was a little noisy, it did slightly bother me.
