The staff were very helpful and kind . I found the location to be central (close to many restaurants). The hotel has a large bar area.

I found out about this on arrival, it was quite annoying. It cost an extra £10 per person to swim each time.

The location proved very convenient. It was easy to access various attractions. The room size was adequate. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

The room looked somewhat dated. Some wear and tear was noticeable. The temperature control was difficult to adjust. I also found the bar area a bit too cold for my liking.

Central Hotel with Great Amenities

central location helpful staff very clean

The central location was a definite advantage for exploring. I found the staff to be very helpful. They handled my requests quickly. I appreciated the spaciousness of room 310 and its very clean condition. Parking confirmation from the hotel offered a discount at the Q park.

The pool access incurred an extra charge. This cost was an unexpected additional expense.

The breakfast area offered a large selection of choices and had excellent coffee-making machines. I found that these machines greatly enhanced the breakfast experience because of the easy use.

The staff was friendly, and I felt they were focused on resolving any request. All staff members were lovely from the reception to the bar staff. I was looked after really well by everyone I interacted with.
