The hotel location is pretty. It is close to my work location and has beautiful surroundings. All staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate the excellent value for the price.

The room lights were challenging. I could not turn on the bathroom light unless all the bedroom lights were on. The bathroom door had peeling paint. I also noticed one of the sockets in the bedroom was a bit dodgy

Checking in was fast. The room was cozy. it was a really good size. The staff were friendly. They always greeted me with a smile. Car parking is free. I thought that was a nice perk.

The room need a lick of paint and some work with the hardware.

The riverside location IS beautiful. I enjoyed a pleasant dinner and appreciated the well-kept gardens. I found the staff helpful and polite. The hotel provides plenty of free parking, a great benefit.

I noticed some slight wear and tear in the room, a minor issue.

The room I had was immaculate. The Cottage Twin Room had everything necessary for a great night. I noted the ample parking. This made coming and going very easy. The garden areas were well kept and looked lovely!!!

I noticed some wear and tear on the outside of the cottages.
