EXCELLENT hotel stay!

modern ensuite friendly staff spacious room

The room was spacious, also comfortably furnished. I found the ensuite clean and modern. It included all necessary amenities. The staff was friendly upon arrival and throughout my stay. Everyone was polite and pleasant, from the bar staff to the cleaner.

The TV didn't have ALL channels.

The selection of food and drinks was varied and satisfying. The dining room was popular. The food was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the pleasant bar area for a drink and the breakfast.

poor wi-fi dirty carpet

the room was too warm the radiator was on i complained twice staff swapped rooms late at night the food was overpriced and cold it seemed like they stripped back everything for maximum profit the wi-fi signal was poor only two tv channels worked the carpet needed cleaning

damp smell uncomfortable bed

the staff seemed friendly enough the breakfast was okay

the room i had a double room smelled strongly of damp i noticed stains on the walls too this felt quite unpleasant the bed was too firm and i could not get a good night's sleep it was uncomfortable
