Subpar Stay Due to Noise and Breakfast Issues

The hotel location suited my needs well enough, given its location on a business park.

The noise was infuriating. Our room sat right above a function room. We heard the music and then people shouting as they left. Breakfast was late and messed up. They were supposed to start at 8, but the buffet wasn't ready until 8:30, and the egg was runny when I ask it well done.

We got married at this lovely venue, and it was the perfect setting for our special day. from start to finish, the staff were lovely. They were so warm, organised, and helpful. nothing was too much trouble, and they ensured everything ran smoothly, great to relax and really enjoy. our guests were equally impressed with the beautiful setting and the seamless flow of the day (the gardens were especially fine). i can't thank the team enough for their professionalism and kindness.

The room was ok but the bathroom felt dated and needs updating. I noticed cracked tiles, poorly cleaned wall tiles, and mouldy sealant.

The rooms are of a really good size and are so clean and bright. They offer value for money. Plus, there are accessible rooms available for family members with specific needs. rooms also offer a lot of convenience.

All the food was out of this world, and this was echoed by all of our guests. The canapés to breakfast were really satisfying and the four alcoholic drinks included went down a treat. cooked breakfast had a great selection of alternatives too.

The staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always very helpful. They listened and acted on everything we asked for and requested. staff also looked after us the night before the wedding.

the staff provided quick service and breakfast tasted amazing.

the cleanliness in the room was subpar and the room looked worn out. i noticed hair clogged the plug hole. trim peeled off the furniture and some light bulbs were not working. i complained, but i did not receive a refund.

we got married here on may 16th, 2025. it was the perfect venue for our special day. from beginning to end, the team was lovely, so warm and helpful. the venue itself is beautiful, and well-kept grounds made for some lovely photo opportunities.

the room cleanliness was poor and the room was tired. the plug hole was blocked with hair, unpleasant. trim was peeling off furniture and some light bulbs were not working.
