A Wonderful Stay Near Warwick

The staff's warmth impressed me. The room was quite lovely and clean. I found the bed comfy for a sound sleep. The bar area had a gorgeous ambiance. I found it inviting.

I did notice a slight delay when checking in, as the reception area seemed a little busy at that particular time.

The hotel offers convenient bus connections directly into the Warwick center right next to the hotel entrance. That is SUPER helpful. The parking area is ample for many vehicles. The building is surrounded by mature trees, giving a charming ambiance.

My room included a very comfortable bed. I found good toiletries stocked in the walk-in shower. The room was spacious, thus i could relax fully. The tv worked perfectly, delivering various entertainment options.

Breakfast included MANY options that were available. The personable young waiter created a warm atmosphere. The evening meal proved to be very good. EVERYTHING was fresh and tasty!!!

the room was lovely overall i found it acceptable.

the toilet did not flush correctly, a real inconvenience. the sink flooded. also i noted there was no plug near the mirror, it was a real problem when i tried to dry my hair.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the kids received activity packs upon arrival, a nice touch. we also got a free room upgrade. the room was spacious and clean. i thought the buffet breakfast was one of the best i've ever seen in a hotel. the selection and food quality impressed me.

the hotel is located around two miles from the town centre. it is something to be aware of if you wish to explore the area without a car.

The room did not match the reception area, which was new. The room was outdated and located in the older part of the hotel. The carpet had holes and the toilet was hard to flush. The tea tray was poor. It offered no hot chocolate or biscuits.

The staff were friendly and efficient. my room was comfortable with a big bed. breakfast was AMAZING!!! the choice and quality of food was excellent. hygiene practices were very high. They separated meats from vegetarian food.

i had a slight issue with parking, but it was resolved quickly.
