the location is convenient, very close to the motorway. i found the pool, sauna, hot tub, and gym to be excellent. the room itself was very comfortable, a nice space to relax.

I found ample free parking and electric car charging stations. The bed was comfortable , and the shower worked well. The heating system, utilizing an electric radiator and air conditioning , maintained a pleasant temperature. A room service snack menu was available , presenting several options.
The radiator in my room wasn't working properly , , made it a little uncomfortable.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities

The pool, sauna, and hot tub provided great relaxation. The gym had sufficient equipment for a complete workout. I found my room comfortable and super clean. The complimentary water and snacks in the fridge (a nice touch!) were much appreciated after a long journey.
Breakfast was quite crowded, and finding a table was a challenge, requiring some patience.

I contacted the service desk and they assured me of a refund. Three weeks went by and nothing happened. I called again and they asked me to send an email with details. Two more weeks passed without resolution. I sent another email after another call, but I still have not received any refund.

The location was convenient and the car park was a good size. The room was fine for a short stay and it was acceptably clean. I used the pool (I always try to when available), but it was full of children. This made swimming difficult and not very relaxing.
The sofa bed in the room was not comfortable at all. One child chose to sleep on the floor instead. There was a generator noise outside, distracting. Many children ran around in the corridors late into the night without any staff intervention (it was very disturbing).
