My room faced directly onto the car park. Even with the net curtain, I felt exposed. One night, an alarm sounded just after 11 pm, and its high-pitched ring was irritating. I tried calling the out-of-hours number, but no one answered was good.!!

the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. the toilet needed descaling. there was not enough toilet paper. i ended up having to buy some from a local store.
