the beds were supremely comfortable. my room included a bath, a welcome treat after my long workdays! they serve yorkshire tea, and that is an amazing perk for any yorkshire man.

The restaurant is currently undergoing its final refurbishment phase and is set to open soon. currently, they are serving a full english breakfast. I found this quite nice and filling, a good start to my day.

The hotel is conveniently located just ten minutes from the airport. i found the front desk staff accommodating. They readily assisted me with taxi arrangements. the reception service was excellent and efficient!

the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with my taxi arrangements for my flight (i really appreciated that). my room met my expectations and was clean. one of the housekeeping ladies, rumana, gave me extra towels with a smile, made me happy.

i suggest the car park could use better lighting, especially during the winter months, as it was quite dark.

the receptionist ann was really helpful. she helped me a lot. everything exceeded my expectations for the price. ann is a fantastic asset to this hotel (i hope they appreciate her).

the tv did not work. there was no remote provided. staff couldn't provide one, but it wasn't a big deal to me.

I appreciated Sakir's friendly attitude. He provided really good assistance. The room was very clean and met my expectations well. Rumana from housekeeping promptly gave me an extra towel with a smile. The smart TV in my room worked perfectly, I found the atmosphere relaxing.

The driveway presented some gravel and potholes, I suggest a repair.
