FANTASTIC stay!

central location hot beverages

I found the location INCREDIBLY convenient, right in the centre of everything. The staff were also fantastic! There was a great selection of hot beverages available in my room. It was perfect for the chilly weather.

dated decor ineffective air conditioning

I found our room quite dark. The decor seemed very dated. The air conditioning unit was totally ineffective. The room was very warm as a result. An unpleasant smell lingered at the hotel entrance and reception.

GREAT stay!

great reception great accommodation happy daughter accidental find

i accidentally found this hotel LAST year. i ate there and liked it SO much. this past weekend, my two daughters and i purposely booked it for my daughter's 18th birthday. she LIKES the brontés and loves the area. we were happy with the accommodation and the staff's great reception.

The staff was helpful. They even provided a printed map for my walk the next day. the breakfast included was really delicious. parking was available and that was very convenient.

The floorboards were squeaky. That was a real irritation. there was little sound deadening between rooms, i had a poor night's sleep. the carpet seemed very grubby, unfortunately.

Charming Stay

excellent presentation christmas atmosphere great food

I had a great meal with garlic mushrooms and pate for starters. The main courses included steak and sea bass. The presentation was excellent, and everything tasted delicious. The Christmas atmosphere added to the evening.
