The staff helped with our luggage quickly. Pablo booked several tours for us. The location is excellent. The Sanders Suite offered everything we needed. EVERYTHING was easy.

The lighting in the rooms is not great. It made the room a bit TOO dark.

i enjoyed my time here. the receptionist swiftly changed my initial attic-style room to a bigger one. alexa provided excellent directions, and another staff member aided me with train apps (i regret not getting his name). the hotel has a convenient central location that allowed me to explore many famous spots by walking.

i had a room at the attic first. it was difficult to move around. i spoke with miguel at reception. he changed my room to a bigger one, it was nicer. alexa helped me with directions. a man helped me with train apps. all staff were sweet.

the rooms were dark even with all lights on. it was difficult to see properly. there was no assistance for large luggage to upper floors. luggage access could definitely improve.

the breakfast was excellent. the staff were friendly. the hotel possessed lots of character. the decor showed attention to detail.

i arrived and nobody tried to help me with my bags. i asked reception to book a restaurant for me, they eventually did after unnecessary drama. they originally suggested i do it myself. the hotel rooms are dark and lighting is not great.
