Acceptable Stay, but Issues Need Addressing

The location was convenient for accessing public transportation.

I was disappointed that the room cleaning only occurred once per week. More frequent cleaning incurred an extra charge. The common area downstairs felt too crowded. It's used by many students and freelancers as a co-working space, thus not providing enough room for hotel guests.

hot waterlacking friendliness

I was frustrated by a couple of things. the lack of hot water one morning was a real problem. Especially considering the price. it was never mentioned at check-in and there was no compensation offered. also, no one at the hotel spoke german, which isn't a huge deal in , but the friendliness was lacking.
