issues encountered during stay

long wait limited equipment

the in-room dining service fell short of expectations. a simple order took an excessive amount of time to arrive, and its presentation did not reflect the standard i expect. also, the fitness center was smaller than anticipated. it lacked some of the more advanced equipment, and overcrowding was common during peak hours. it was difficult to maintain a consistent workout routine there.
