The parking access was easy in the basement. the hotel offers free electricity charging for electric vehicles. i found the sauna particularly nice at the hotel. It was a quiet, relaxing space. friendly staff.

the tv in the room did not work .

the location was GREAT. it stood steps from the square. the rooms looked CLEAN and spacious! the bar provided complimentary hot drinks. i liked the room's design and lobby bar a lot. it created a fantastic place.

We found SOME stains on our towels. It was a small thing.

The receptionist was efficient! he was observant regarding our needs. the hotel staff was pleasant. there was maybe not ENOUGH staff during peak times. this caused lines. This must be enhanced.

The location was great for getting around.

Our towels had stains, and the shower mat was visibly dirty, off-putting. The room wasn't cleaned for the first two days, and I had to ask multiple times. A receptionist was rude when I asked for the room to be cleaned, totally ignoring my request. I had to ask someone else
