loose holderbroken flush

I had some issues . the soap holder in the shower was loose. the toilet flush only worked halfway. That was annoying. also, some handles were not properly attached, and the headboard moved back and forth. i told them when i checked out, but they did not seem concerned. No apology at all.

i found the location convenient with easy access to public transport. the room was spacious with modern decor and cleanliness was apparent. i appreciated the available amenities including the coffee machine and kettle. the hotel's quiet setting added to the peaceful experience.

the deposit taken on arrival was significant, and it took some time to be returned after i checked out. i hope this process can be streamlined in the future for quicker refunds. despite this, i still enjoyed the overall stay.

The bar area offers fair prices and a relaxing atmosphere. It is nice. i observed a variety of drinks and snacks available. The presentation was neat. the staff were attentive, a detail i found to be particularly nice.

The beautiful room had a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. the cleanliness was amazing. It looked well maintained. i was pleased to find free snacks and water. The addition enhanced the experience, along with the toiletries provided.
