missing desk cold stone floor
the breakfast was acceptable, providing sufficient choices to start the day.
The room lacked a desk or table. as a business traveler, i needed a workspace. the toilet and shower were not separated from the bedroom. Humidity lingered after each use. the cold stone floor added to the feeling of a prison cell.

clean accommodations daily room service helpful staff
I was grateful to find clean accommodations with daily room service! the staff helped me get an upgrade to a room with a window. This was a kind gesture. the hotel's reception was available 24 hours a day, providing constant support. i appreciated the comfy bed, amazing shower, and provision of tea and coffee.
i noticed that the hotel rooms lacked refrigerators. This was a minor inconvenience. it would be useful to have a fridge for storing beverages or snacks, especially for longer stays. i hope management considers adding this amenity in the future!

Fantastic Stay, Perfect Service and Great Amenities!

friendly staff delicious pasta hotel bikes
The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, especially the pasta. I'd definitely recommend the pasta dishes! (They were amazing). The hotel also offers bike rentals. It's only a short, fifteen-minute bike ride into the city.
The phone next to my bed did not call reception, and it took a little while to get the temperature in my room adjusted to my liking.

Excellent Stay Near Transportation

I found the hotel staff very friendly. They helped with directions and local tips. The room had modern light controls that were convenient. I also liked that a large supermarket was nearby (it was very useful for buying water and snacks). Breakfast had a good selection of both cooked and continental items.
The hotel is not in the city center. It requires a short tram ride.

Convenient and Modern Stay

easy transportation large supermarket friendly staff
The location is great because it is near a bus stop and train station. A large supermarket is right next door (very convenient for snacks). The staff at reception were friendly and helpful at all times.
The hotel only has one floor, the ground floor. I believe this information should be included on the website, as some people may not be comfortable staying on the ground floor with views of the grocery store and the parkade.
