kind staff botanical gardens concierge services safe feeling

i found the staff kind. they were cute. i was close to the city botanical gardens. the hotel had a restaurant. i had access to concierge services . i felt really safe.

i noticed the hot food service stopped quite early in the evening. it was at 21:45, a bit disappointing since it was not clearly communicated.

the stylish hotel offered helpful staff. the rooftop bar provided excellent views across the city. the location was great near the bustling rue neuve. but it was also super quiet.

The room had no closet. It was hard to hang clothes.

the room was fine, i got the roomy skyline view.

the breakfast service was slow. i waited quite a while to be seated, even with tables available. the staff did not seem very attentive to guests already seated. it was a disappointing start to the day.

chic style free upgrade lovely lunch convenient location

the hotel style is awesome, very chic. i secured a free suite upgrade. the lunch at the restaurant was lovely and super convenient. i really like the location, easy to get to meetings.

the minibar was empty, i wished it had more drinks. maybe some snacks too.

the staff was helpful. the lobby bar had a great vibe with music. i found the corner skyline view room spacious.

the location wasn't perfect. i had to wade through a mass of undesirables to get there at night. the granny-chic design was hideous with aubergine milkshake and pink bathrooms.
