really good boutique experience

i found the staff always attentive and friendly! they offered hot drinks when i got caught in the typhoon and dried my wet clothes. thanks to woolf, i knew exactly where to go for new year's eve celebrations and i had a great time. i will definitely stay here again when i come back.

the staircase is steep though, so people with mobility issues should be aware.

i admire that my superior double room merchant patio view was impeccably clean. the patio view was lovely, a very welcome sight each morning.

the old windows in my room are a problem, they are not double glazed. noisy streets are definitely audible throughout the evening, not ideal.

It was such a thoughtful gesture. the cozy atmosphere and central location.

i noticed that the soundproofing was not sufficient. I heard considerable street noise.

the staff helped me take my luggage up the stairs i appreciated that the location was close to many attractions. the comfortable bed also stood out i slept well each night.

the stairs were quite narrow it made carrying luggage a little difficult
