canal view comfortable bed professional staff

I had a room with a wonderful canal view. the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and cute. the receptionist approached immediately and took my bags. Check-in was quick and cheerful. the room was exactly as in the photos, equipped with everything. the staff at the restaurant were very professional.

the hotel is close to many shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes. everything is within a short walking distance from the hotel. its central position allowed for easy access to different parts of the city.

the room provided a wonderful view of the canal directly from our window. it featured immaculate conditions and was kept pristine every day of our stay. the room was equipped with all necessary amenities.

small shower stuffy room

the room was smaller than i thought it would be the shower was barely functional water trickled out at best it was hardly a luxurious experience also the ac barely worked making the room stuffy at night i expect better from a hotel of this supposed caliber i certainly paid enough

Check-in was smooth. A doorman helped with my bags. The room WAS very clean and included everything needed. The hotel even checked on me to ensure everything was fine.

the hotel room was too warm. I set the AC to the lowest setting, but it was still not COLD enough.
