The staff was helpful. They really wanted my stay to be perfect.

Our shower was blocked and remained unfixed for four days, even at checkout. washing in dirty water was unpleasant. the handbasin in the main bedroom had poor lighting around the mirror. There wasn't a basin or mirror in the bathroom and not enough handrails for towels.

the staff answered all my questions regarding the nearby area. they gave me directions, and i did find dining options. the hotel was very friendly.

the hotel did have stairs everywhere. this made moving around with luggage harder.
